Certified organic by: Iowa Department of Agriculture & Land Stewardship. Our milk comes from small, family farms with old-fashioned values. We vat pasteurize our milk to preserve nutrients and the farm fresh flavor. We leave our milk in its natural state (non-homogenized) so the cream rises to the top. This combination makes it the most distinctive milk in today's dairy case. Fat reduced from 8g to 4.5g per cup.
